Delsere’s set makes every use of Arcane Orb decrease the cooldown of Slow Time, PLUS all enemies affected by Slow Time take 8,500% more damage until 5 seconds after Slow Time ends. Once they are grouped, hit them with slow time and blast away at them with all other attacks. Casting Black Hole gathers enemies to a central location allowing you to Slow them more effectively. This crowd control style is great for beginners and experts alike as it allows you to group enemies, slow them down, retreat and destroy them from a safe distance. This build maximizes the effects of the armor set to control time and enemies while freezing them away in coordinated blasts.
